"Staff - wow even the cleaner helped me find my room and I was on the wrong floor! The dinner/breakfast room service staff just lovely. The car valet young man who declined my offer of a tip but said “thanks for thinking to offer” - just great great staff at the heart of this place. Glad to be back there after a long flight home."

"Nice welcome at check-in from the 2 people on the desk. The room was spacious and comfortable, modern decor and a reasonable view. Dinner in the Forrester Restaurant was also very good and great service given by Thea and Sebastian. This is a nice, well priced and well appointed inner city hotel. Keep up the great work guys and gals."

"Sydney Mercure at Railway Square is so convenient to get to and from anywhere in the city and the airport. The breakfast buffet is busy but excellent and Eve's Bar is a great place to hang out in the evening for a beverage with a quality pub style menu."
