「Pros: kitchen breakfast staff was very nice and helpful, a/c in room worked well. Cons: charged a 50.00 deposit i didnt know about refunded at checkout, there was 2 stains in carpet in my room and I noticed 2 towels were stained when I held up to the light . Water pressure in shower was weak. Also the walls must be thin because I could hear my neighbors next door too well」

「Ok for the price. We asked for extra sheets for the sofa bed and they came yellow. Staff was very friendly but beds weren’t that comfy, especially not the sofa bed. You can feel every spring and the sheets were very rough. Didn’t feel like the space was that clean either.」

「Room listings state they have curtains and they did not, rooms were very bright overnight. Pool needs rules better enforced. Two kids went underwater at no fault of anyone but neglectful parents that should have been physically in the pool with their young toddlers. Other families had to help rescue kids at no fault of the lifeguard but the rules definitely need to be enforced much better. 」

「I was freezing all night, No heat available in unit and not enough warm blankets to substitute for no heat. The Linen was stained and dirty. It was very Noisy with most of the night with other guests being loud late into the Early morning. The staff was very friendly and professional, but I will Not be staying here again.」

「Ants all over bed and hotel room no one was in office to help nothing was done 」

「The scenery is nice, but there were nuisance calls in the middle of the night, and then the front desk knocked on our door, waking us up, asking if we needed tissue. Didn't sleep well.」

「The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. Also, its the perfect location on the boardwalk.」

「Really terrible. The listing said three bedrooms, but one was a laundry room with a cot which could only fit when folded up. Quite run down and dirty. Stay away.」
