「I checked in very late, but front desk staff was so heplful and patient. The all-inclusive food was very good (breakfast,dinner). The grab and go cafe was so convenient and thoughtful- which I was able to bring to the beach and enjoy. The on-site direct beach access is definetly what you need in Barbados as the beaches are some of the most beautiful beaches you will ever enjoy. 「The hotel was a underwhelming. No AC in the lobby or dining room, made it uncomfortable during meals. Food selection was terrible. Everything was deep fried from breakfast to dinners and everything in-between. Most of the staff in the dining room were too busy socializing with each other than to pay any attention to the guests walking in and some staff seemed bothered when you requested something of them. A better job should be done training staff to be more customer centric.」
