「We arrived during the evening hours and someone from the reception greeted us and went over and explained about the room and hotel facilities (inc SPA). Room was super! very large, felt well maintained and clean, and had access to a terrace. The breakfast room and food were absolutely gorgeous. 「Clean and pleasant with excellent staff. The room with the river view is slightly pricey. Amenities are minimal for a hotel at this price point. The hotel could not provide me toothpaste and there is no kettle in the room. It is somewhat inconvenient to go to the reception to have hot water prepared for you by the staff at the front desk. I like however the fruit bowl they have in the lobby.」
