"La chambre avait un défaut de Clim, nous avons eu très chaud pendant 2 nuits malgré les réglages la Clim ne fonctionnait toujours pas. Nous avons à plusieurs reprises demandé à la réception de régler le problème en vain. Pas de réponse positive et de geste commercial en fin de séjour. Plutôt déçu."

"Air conditioning not working so room was extremely hot, maybe could have an iron in the room. Staff were very friendly and the hotel was exceptionally clean and modern. Rooms where a decent size but the balcony joins on to other rooms. Food was delicious also. "

"Our stay was three days, the staff were friendly and very helpful from the moment we arrived. The pool and spa areas were superb, and having Black Forest Gateaux with a pot of tea by the pool was not something we expected to be able to do - but very memorable. The breakfast was epic, it’s plain to see how very proud the chefs are, and this is reflected in the quality and range of breakfast items available. We had guest e bikes (at no charge) we explored the local forest area, this made the hills very easy to navigate - the bikes were of excellent quality. "
