I visit the property in 2019 and it was better maintained and breakfast was better. The hotel changed owners and it is not the same quality anymore. They forgot to clean our room, we had at 8.00 am breakfast and where not in the room the whole day, we got clean towels and the reception. Next time I look for another hotel, it is expensive and for that price I find something else.

Das Frühstück war richtig gut ! Sehr ausgewogen, frisch, optisch gut angeboten und die Brötchen vom Bio - Bäcker! Ich war überrascht, dass bei 3 Übernachtungen keine Betten gemacht wurden. Keine frischen Handtücher hat mit dem Nachhaltigkeitsansatz zu tun - ist ok, aber man hätte es beim einchecken mitteilen können - dann kann man sich darauf einstellen . Sehr freundliche Behandlung im Service und an der Rezeption

Wir waren aus beruflichen Gründen nur 1 Nacht im Hotel. Haben den Online Check In genutzt, konnten aber weder aufzug noch Zimmer öffnen, da keiner im Gebäude empfang hatte. Die Dame an der Rezeption war einfach nur unfreundlich und ihr Oton war, dass sie uns nach dem online check In nicht mehr helfen könnte. Auch beim Thema Rechnung war niemand eine hilfe, anfrage per Mail für eine ordentliche Rechnung läuft. Zimmer 303 mit 2 Einzelbetten ist für kräftige menschen absolut nicht geeignet, die betten sind so schmal wie früher in der Jugendherberge. Ansonsten ein gepflegtes, sauberes Hotel. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Perfektes Hotel! Tiefgarage für 10€ etwas zu teuer für meinen Geschmack aber superfreundlicher Empfang, nett eingerichtetes Zimmer und ein geniales Frühstück mit Bäckerbrötchen anstatt Discounterware. Hat mich total überzeugt, 100% Empfehlung

Solides Hotel mit hervorragender Lage

Wunderbar gelegen und modern eingerichtet. Das Servicepersonal war überaus freundlich und auch kleine Sonderwünsche konnten erfüllt werden. Einziger Wermutstropfen sind die fehlenden Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel.

Wir sind viel auf Reisen. Für unseren Zweck war das Hotel ein guter Entscheid. Es war ein sommerlicher Tag, dass Zimmer war starkt aufgeheizt und die Klimaanlage konnte nicht in Betrieb genommen werden. Der Aussenlärm hinderte uns am Öffnen des Fensters. Das Zimmer hatte keinen Kühlschrank. Leider fehlte auch eine kleine Wasserflasche und generell vermissten wir Zahnputzbecher. Wir kommen gerne wieder uns organisieren uns entsprechend. MfG

la qualité à améliorer...

Le calme est bien réel et la situation est très bien appréciée. Il convient cependant de revoir le rapport qualité/prix qui reste faible notamment à cause de l'absence de certaines commodités dans les chambres, i.e. même pas un simple verre dans la salle de bain ! Le petit déjeuner laisse vraiment à désirer.
