「The bedrooms could use some furniture or shelves for clothing and some lamps or soft lights at night Also no real table for a family meal Great space, convenient and the parking is helpful and reasonably priced Loved the bathrooms Good place to stay」

「The accomodations were perfect for what I needed! Getting a bed with a kitchenette too for the price is a steal. One note: the amount of messages from the property managers was kind of intense. I had multiple threads with multiple staff members on email, text, and Expedia, all sharing the same information. I definitely got what I needed, but I don't think I needed dozens of texts to tell me how to check in.」

「Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. 」

「I actually got the "suite" for a family member and his sons. Unfortunately, the pre-teens became mischievous after my family member fell asleep (after a long funeral service). Security called and texted me several times to let me know about their misbehavior. I understood. What I did not appreciate was the tenor of the persons tone as he threatened a few times to "call the cops," even after I assured him that I had reached my family member. His manner was mean-spirited and ominous. Then again,...
