"Loved everything about the stay except that the air conditioner stopped working during the night, and even though I reported it, no one came to fix it. The girl at the front did not offer any accommodation for it during check out. That is my only issue."

"All staff members were attentive and friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The construction outside was a bit noisy but that is not on the hotel, DFW is upgrading. Would stay here again."

"This hotel is for kids. Totally family-oriented. We didn't have children with us, and the staff put us in the back if the hotel with an alternate entrance that kept things nice and quiet and convenient for us."

"Room has just couple of lamps and its always dark in there. Shower has hardly any watter come out. seems like it's designed to save as much money as possible. Breakfast is good. Staff is good. "
