「Killed two cockroaches, 1 stink bug. Shower knob broke on day two. 2 towels for 4 people. Got woken up at 2 am with someone beating on the door asking if I was the Spanish speaking guy with bud. Looks like half the occupants are residents. Ended our 3 night stay after 2 nights. Management didn't care. Said he would give me a discount next time. There won't be a next time. 「This place was awful! I reserved a room through hotels.com and when I went to check in, the rude guy at the front desk said they do not use online reservations and refused to let me check in. I showed him the confirmation email and he still said they do not use online reservations. I had to find another hotel to stay at and I had already been charged for this one. Luckily the hotel next door (Rocky Mount Inn) was very nice and the front desk clerk was super helpful.」
