Enjoyable
"Suite was very nice and roomy. Beds though firm, were comfortable. Fan in bathroom didn't work and the complimentary coffee was horrible. Could not even drink it. I would definitely stay here again, thank goodness there are not shortage of coffee shops nearby"

Nice but could be more accommodating
"Nice hotel but we couldn’t check in until 4:15pm and unfortunately we arrived that morning. They were not too interested in helping us even though on line they showed a ton of rooms"
