「Regret for joining the shuttle to sawgrass outlet. The shuttle service was highly recommended by the hotel staff (I don’t know if they have any relation!) It took me so much extra time to travel (as the bus had many pickups). Room is spacious and comfortable. But had a very strange odour. 」

「This hotel was exactly what we needed for a chill Miami getaway. The location is amazing—close enough to the action but far enough to get some rest. The staff were very friendly, the beach towels were a nice touch, and the room was cozy and bright. Plus, we loved having our morning coffee on the shared balcony.」

「Definitely would recommend, they take there no smoking policy very seriously which is HIGHLY APPRECIATED! The check in process was easy and helpful. They do have bilingual staff which is great! Pool area is nice the beach access is AMZING ! You can tell the renovation that they are doing are great. The rooms are spacious and the cleaning staff does a good job.」

「everything was wonderful at this property. The pool room was adorable. I only have one complaint. The couch was very hard to sleep in. I needed a sore cushion on top of it other than that everything was great.」
