「相當良好的公寓式旅館， 相當物超所值的住宿，應有盡有， 我相當推薦來訪蒙特婁的遊客一定要來這裡住宿，比五星級的旅館優秀太多太多了。」

「This is not a hotel, should be listed as a BnB, there is no one on site. I was there 2 nights and various homeless persons were around the entrance all the time. Piles of trash sitting around at the entrance. When I arrived, the bedroom window was open and was also broken so I could not close it. I will say that they sent somebody to fix it right away. It needed some attention for maintenance, toilet seat falling off, paper holder falling off, broken vanity drawers. Bathroom towels were in poor...

「The room was clean.A few things needed to be fixed and the owner was alerted. There are no dish towels and no shampoo or shower extras so know to bring your own. I always do. The apartment was comfortable and bed was comfortable as well. The host/owner was welcoming and easy to contact and quick to respond.」

「Fantastic location right on St. Denis. We enjoyed just walking out and being on the bustling sidewalk. Very close to Mt Royal Park, shopping, groceries, coffee shops. Our unit faced the back and was quiet, but not much of a view. Next time I would prefer a street view to be able to see the action from the street. That said, we had a very good stay here.」

「Wonderful location - we had dinner 4 nights on just this one block, with no repeats, and every place was excellent. The downside of course is that it’s a little noisy with nightlife, but nothing earplugs won’t fix!」

「This is a complete unmanned/self-service hotel. If you don't have enough strength and persistence to walk up ~40 stairs with 20 kg luggage, don't choose this. Another impressive thing is that the stove top was packed in a box and placed on the top of the microwave (close to the ceiling). So, the only way of cooking in the room is by using microwave, in the perfect-looking kitchen! I understand that cooking with stove top may cause cleaning difficulties, but a great accommodation is not evaluated...

「Good location and good communication. It is definitely not a luxury place as the listing claims; it is far from being luxury. It’s a good place, but not luxury. The sheets are very cheap, the towels are very small, cheap toilet paper and there is no bath mat in the master bathroom shower, which leaves everything wet after showering. One extremely rude thing was that we arrived at 3 PM after a six-hour drive with two elderly people and two babies; the person on the phone authorized us to leave...
