「I was on a personal business trip and stayed in for 10 days. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the cleaning staff maintained the room well after each service. The rooftop restaurant and bar is great. On the whole, a great experience..」

「Nice room compact and clean, with good amenities nearby」

「位于Numgambakam市中心，位置便捷，然而酒店卫生条件有待改善，室内浓厚湿气，写字台和电话上布满油污」

「The photos are deceptive and give the appearance of a newly renovated room, but the reality is that the place is old and equivalent to a 3 star motel. I guess that's why the price is so cheap. I had to request soap, towels, and toliet paper, but the staff were super friendly and the cleaners cleaned well! I would not recommend this place to tourist! Stay near Khader Nawaz Khan Rd instead.」

「Restaurant breakfast buffet was too good. Location is very near to vac office and well maintained property.」

「My parents requested a water kettle, but it was not provided by the hotel. They also requested additional towels, which were never delivered. More importantly, my elderly parents could not sleep at all during the night because of the loud DJ and excessive noise. 「Cockroaches inside the room, the bathroom basin tap was loose, the hotel lift makes too much noise」

「I booked this hotel through Hotels.com, but upon arrival the front desk informed us they could not accept the booking, which was very frustrating. Additionally, the blankets provided in the room did not appear to be fresh, and we had to follow up multiple times before they were replaced. Overall, this experience was disappointing and could be improved with better coordination and housekeeping standards.」

「Friendly service and clean room! 」

「The stay is great overall. The room next door was under construction at 5th floor, quite noisy.」
