「Outside areas were beautiful, a lovely long sweeping drive up to an impressive building with plenty of parking. , The reception and bar areas were nicely decorated, tidy and modern and were inviting. The pool area was ok, some jets not working but nice and warm and fairly large. 1 Sadly, some of the restaurant area was run down , a bit perfunctory & bland along with the food. 「What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. 「Clean room, good car park - would stay again. Only criticism was that the superior room I was upgraded to had 2 beds stuck together, which was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on.」

「Staff are brilliant here. Wonderful breakfast options. The Spa is amazing but sadly filled with people drinking Prosecco at 10am and talking loudly, being disruptive which means it is not a relaxing experience if on your own, or in a couple. 」
