Lovely staff. Amazing breakfast-one of the best I’ve had plus the choice was next level. Bar prices weren’t bad at all and great choice. Definitely will stay again
Genuinely could not have picked a better place to stay upon my return to Norwich. The staff were above and beyond, helping accommodate our stay and making us feel welcome
The hotel decor was stunning, the room was a good size, and had everything we needed and more. Breakfast was wonderful. Check in and out smooth. Would recommend for a city break, walkable distance from city centre so perfect for shopping, but far enough away from clubs etc to be nice and quiet - perfect!

Hotel room was disappointing, though, breakfast was excellent.
Stayed two nights at this hotel. Its full of character and lovely decor. Its in a great location being a 5 min walk into Norwich town center and theatre. The staff were very helpful. We eat in their restaurant Friday night and the food was very good.
Nice over night stay as we live relatively local.
spacious room and comfy bed, huge bathroom.
Car park wasn't easy to find, but free parking once we registered.
Only thing that spoilt it was we could hear the music quite clearly from the bar until they closed...
Fabulous breakfast, good quality ingredients and a great selection.
Would definitely stay again.
Very friendly and helpful staff and the room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was very good and ran till 10am on all days which isn't the norm these days. Also there was none of that nonsense about stating what time you wanted breakfast, or even pre-ordering what you were going to eat - something that more and more hotels are doing these days. There was also a night porter who could serve drinks, something that is also becoming a rarity.
I couldn't fault anything about our stay, and would easily stay here again.
