「Difficult to decide what would raise this from a 3 star to 4 star hotel apart from larger rooms, bathrooms, TV screen & extra furniture because everyhthing in the hotel was beyond what we expected. Good choice in menu (although fresh filter coffee rather than the machine Americano would have been preferable), well prepared & the portions generous. We expect to go back on another occasion. 」

「The hotel is located just 5 mins from the Norwich Airport. I will recommend this hotel for people who are taking early flights. The hotel room is large and comfortable. My son (10 year old) slept very well on the sofa bed. Last but not least, the breakfast is delicious. 」

「The hotel and grounds were amazing. The reception staff were very professional and friendly. Need improvements in the restaurant and bar as staff weren’t as attentive, spending too much time chatting between themselves and not focussed on the service. Food was very average and didn’t just the prices. Pool and leisure facilities were lovely. Overall a good, relaxing stay.」

「This is our second stay at Sprowston Manor. Overall, we really enjoyed it. However, we booked dinner in the bar on our first night, rather than the restaurant so we could bring our dog. This was booked in advance, for our whole party. When we arrived, we were given a tiny table to sit at, which wouldn’t have fitted all our plates (when we stated previously, they had regular sized tables in the bar and so this wasn’t an issue). Our party had to split up, which was a shame when we had booked in...

「除了酒店內的餐廳外，週邊沒有太多配套，最難以接受的是，本人的太太及孩子，同時出現嚴重的皮膚敏感，身體週圍很多像被蟲咬的紅粒，痕癢難耐，其他的可以忍受，但床被舖不潔則是較難接受的一環，希望有改善」
