「I stayed to celebrate my 40th birthday and quite frankly they ruined me for other hotels. I found out at the end they are a 4 diamond hotel but even with that recognition, they are out of this world when it comes to guest experience. Between pre-trip advice, recognizing me and my family, little surprises to help me celebrate and treating my 6 year old like she was a princess as well, to a seamless check in /checkout the whole experience was phenomenal. Sam, Derrick and Camila were just treasures...

「I had a great stay thanks to the incredibly friendly staff and the hotel's excellent overall condition, which felt modern and very well-maintained. The airport shuttle service was a major highlight, punctual, professional, and made my travel day stress-free. The only downside was that it can be a bit noisy due to nearby construction, so light sleepers might want to pack earplugs, but the quality of service and convenience still make this a fantastic choice. 」
