We were refunded some money for this inconvenience. Pool area got dirty towards the end of the evening. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. "

"The overall hotel was nice. Rooms were well kept and the property itself was very clean. Extra supplies were brought promptly. However, there were a couple issues that we had that were not addressed to our satisfaction. The parking lot that we had to pay for had no available spots and nothing was done to fix it. There was also a loud party that staff did nothing to address even though it was after quiet hours and they had you sign an acknowledgment that there was no tolerance. "

"The breakfast was great, several options that were quick and freshly made. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was the only thing that could use some attention. This is a beautiful hotel in a really convenient location. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. We will most definitely stay here again."
