"The hotel is located near Blackstone and is an easy 15-20 min walk to popular hotels and bars. The hotel is right off of Dodge Street for easy access the all of Omaha. My stay here was pleasant - it was quiet and comfortable. My one complaint was that on checking in, both receptionists ignored us and failed to acknowledge us for a while as they talked and when they helped us, made it seem like an inconvenience. That was minor overall."

"This hotel was beautiful! Great location, easy access to the Old Market. Lobby and rooms nice and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Loved our stay- however there is two issues we had: 1) our room never got below 74 degrees. Even after switching rooms. Lucky we came in spring and not summer. 2) Water pressure. When other reviews say poor water pressure. They do not touch on how poor. Trickle at best. However, the water did stay nice and hot. The pressure is non-existent, not poor. "
