"While the lobby, bar area, elevator, hallways, room, bathroom, bed, etc... were immaculately clean and attractive, the walls in the room seemed to be paper thin. I could hear talking and loud voiced next door to me, and the music in the hallways. To me, it doesn't matter how clean and pretty the hotel is if you can't get a good quiet nights sleep."

"We went late and left early. The price was perfect. But them pillows, if your not careful, they will make you sleep so good, you'd forget it's a hotel. You could miss check out hour and not even flinch. It was a great stay. Highly recommend it. "

She answered the phone call by scolding me for something another customer asked, because she mistook me for someone else who had called prior. And was very unwilling to work with me to solve my issue, or even explain why it wasn't possible to resolve my issue. "

"Pool was closed and we weren’t informed. Grand daughter was disappointed and the rest of the family was too. We weren’t given any refund except $50 when we inquired and we booked 3 rooms. Not quite what Embassy use to be. So many kids staying the weekend were so disappointed "
