「Property is perhaps under new management since the last time we visited a few years back. There was no hot water on two different occasions, bugs/ spider web in room, overall cleanliness could be improved.」

「Clean, very comfortable. No ice machines on the floor, but the staff had bags of ice for guests in the lobby fridge. We were there participating in the Ironman race and the staff was very helpful with food to go for a very early race start.」

「We had a king bed with a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa was broken and once we were able to get it out the mattress was stained with what looked like blood. Super super nasty. They don't do room service unless you are there for longer than 2 nights so we did not have clean towels the second morning. We had to go find towels and they only gave us 3 to start with. Towel quality was pretty sad as well. Thin very used towels.」
