「We really liked our stay here! Honestly the only complaint was with the pull out bed, it definitely needs to be upgraded/repaired. Thankfully our toddler was the one sleeping on it and fit in between where the bars jutted into the mattress uncomfortably, but there’s no way an adult could sleep there. Otherwise, everything was great. Having our own hot tub was amazing.」

「The location was great! Nowhere on the listing did it mention that major exterior renovations were underway. Our mountain-view room was completely blocked by scaffolding, and we were on the fourth floor. There was also a $ 25-a-night parking fee that was unexpected. The room was dimly lit; combined with the natural light being blocked by the scaffolding, the room was very dark. Unfortunately, I can't cancel the room I booked in October without losing out on $155. I have never had a negative...

「We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.」
