"hot springs pool were clean and comfortable and was the only nice part of the hotel, Breakfast was ok compare to other 5 star hotels. we had so many small ants in our room, we arrived late at 10:30 pm and had to walk back to the reception area and waited for 20 minutes for water!!(the phone in our room was not working, they only came to fix it on our last day when we were checking out!) their mini bar was empty !!! they should put some water there and if we use it they charge us.
