Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Sticky carpets, dirty floor. Discoloured, stained bedding. The bathroom was cleaner but shower screen wasn’t fitted properly so water leaked everywhere. It all needed a makeover and more care and attention. WiFi was good, staff were fine and breakfast ...

Everything thing about this hotel was wonderful. The location is ideal if you have someone to visit at WVU. The bar and food was amazing. And our server Maria was so wonderful.

Our stay here was amazing! The staffs were quick to respond with any questions or concerns. The only issue we had was the s'mores kit was stale and the popcorn was expired. I’m sure we could’ve got that resolved but it wasn’t really a big issue! 10/10 would
