「When arrived ,the young man at service desk was very friendly and accommodating,,the room was clean and neat,and comfortable,,,but when ready to leave the lady at desk ,was ask by other guest for bread for toast,and her was remark was breakfast was was over in 10 mins ,she couldn't see if there was bread ,,,I didn't think that was very good customer care,,,, 」

「No pool time for me it being October. I came to meet up with friends the next day at Oglebayfest in Wheeling, and found this hotel quite handy. I grew up in the valley even though I live 3 hours away now. I remember when it was a Holiday Inn. Not sure if you get the customer traffic to support this thought, but the site does look a little outdated, although nice and clean. The Front desk people were efficient and friendly/helpful.
