「Check in process was very slow. We stayed twice in five days and the coffee machine on the casino floor wasn’t working either time. We needed decaf and only regular coffee was offered. 「The hotel is a great hotel they don’t do breakfast but do give you discounts for nearby restaurants which is nice. The walls are paper thin you can hear other peoples movements in surrounding rooms. But overall is pretty decent hotel」

「My wife has been coming to Oglebay for the majority of her life and for her it’s become a tradition to visit. I have only been to the property twice and although I think it is very nice, improvements need to be made: 1. Both the indoor and outdoor pools need to be refurbished IMMEDIATELY! Both are gross!
