Hot tub was clean and very spacious. Our King suite was a very large room, and the a/c worked great. Staff were super nice and helpful and we were even able to get an early check-in. I would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in town.

Everything was great and the service was excellent. Hotel was clean and it's in a great location. The only critique was the indoor pool is either not heated, the heater wasn't working, or it was off. The main reason we booked here was to go to Oglebay (20 minute drive) then swim with the kids. The pool temperature made it difficult but we still dealt with it. Just a suggestion to turn it up or get it fixed. Would still stay here again!
