"Breakfast was fresh I wish you had more items for the diabetic people that may come there. You had regular syrup and not sugar free syrup offer more items like sugar free yogurt, muffins, creamer, etc. Thank you "

"It's one of the newer hotels in Ruston and yet my room had significant water damage to the ceiling. I'm from the area and come back 5-6 times a year. Typically staying at the Holiday Inn. Very disappointed no one has reached out to me after requesting mamager comtact me. "

"You get what you pay for for sure. We were greeted by a roach in a nasty, dusty corner of the bathroom. We had to buy roach spray for the duration of our stay. The bathroom door was completely broken on the bottom, and you could see through the door where the doorknob is. Really unacceptable conditions for a bathroom door that is such an easy thing to replace… The stay was cheap and served its purpose for us but we definitely would not stay here again"

"We checked in late at night and they claimed their cc machine was not working. They made us pay $100 incidental fee in cash. We had no option. In the morning they added "extra" fees to our stay and refused to give us back our entire cash deposit. Very disappointing and criminal. The room conditions were just terrible."

"I booked a non smoking room and they were all booked when i arrived. I took the smoking room and it was disappointing. Staff was kind but uninformative."
