We booked and entered at 3a because of a family emergency- the person at the desk was less than friendly, never made eye contact and confidently and almost enjoyable said "no refunds!" when we said we might not need the second night that we booked before we understood how bad our emergency was. Hallways smelled like smoke and there were no coffee cups in the room with the coffee maker and packets. No extra pillows or blankets that are usually available, but perhaps I'm thinking of a higher end hotel. We slept through the breakfast hours.

This hotel is NASTY. I booked it for a 6-night stay. After walking in the room, I quickly booked at a different hotel. This place is nasty. The rooms stink, the toilet wasn't fastened to the bathroom floor & there was hair in the bed.
