「We really wanted to give this hotel 5 stars because it really was a nice location. Unfortunately, there were a few items that needed attention. Our shower dispenser was completely empty, so we were left have to use the bar of soap by the sinks. The ceiling to floor mirror was filthy. My wife almost started cleaning it and I told her that it was not our responsibility to clean for the hotel. Lastly, the property is poorly lit at night. We returned back to our room around 9pm and parked in the spa...

「Property was beautiful. My niece and I couldn’t get into the pool. We also didn’t find anyone at check in to ask about it. There were minor details, like bugs outside the room and a few flying in as we were trying to get in, but it’s nature and totally understandable. One other issue for us were the beds, they were too soft. But we got to see the horse run come in and had a good breakfast. Overall, we would book again and make sure we can use the amenities more.」

「Lobby is full of smoking 」

「An absolute dream. The only issues I had the entire weekend were with food, once my salad was incredibly salty, and another time my breakfast French toast was missing all of the banana, betties, cream toppings that it was supposed to come with but both times it was remade for me immediately. The bed was luxurious, the spa was so relaxing and the pool was refreshingly cool with the 105 degree weather, 10/10, will visit again!」

「We stayed in a cliff dwelling which was super cool and it felt like we belonged in a Star Wars movie. The upper patio area and hot tub were clean and provided a great view of the mountains for sunrise and sunset. The pool area was nice and we loved the covered pergola area to escape the brutal August heat. The location of the resort is great too with just one road to get into Zion National Park.」
