This was the perfect location to visit the Grand Canyon. Close to Williams for supplies, the Grand Canyon Railway, and restaurants. If you want to drive to the Grand Canyon it's only 30 min. from there to spots like the Bright Angel Trailhead. We're a family of 6 (only one under 16), and there was enough room for everyone. Highly recommend!
Loved our stay here. The property that was assigned to us was not cleaned by the time we were meant to check in. But they quickly assigned us a new one. The rooms are comfy and heating/cooling is excellent.
The only drawback is that it is far away from everything else. So, if you want something remote to stay this will be ideal for you. But if you do not have a car, find a pkace in the village itself

Very nice accommodations considering you’re in a rural area. Clean unit, nice bed, TV with WiFi, and full bathroom are all nice. Was hoping for better views of the surrounding area as you’re essentially in a trailer park looking at the other units and/or fencing. Good proximity to the Grand Canyon if you’re looking for a place to stay for a night or two.

Room was pretty nice... dont expect a hot or refreshing shower.... almost 0 water pressyre and the temp is luke warm... i paid 120 in "cleaning fees" and still got a text before we left asking me to take out the trash and do the dishes...i don't think so... had a mini split with real screwed up buttons (no buttons that made sense, had to guess to use it)that kept the bottom too cold and the top too hot...probably will just do a hotel the next time and pay a few more dollars
I accidentally booked this place at 8 pm on the same night I had just checked into my current hotel! I was told to contact Expedia directly The property manager was so rude and would NOT HELP me at all. Here’s the kicker!!! I could not even check in even if I left the hotel where I was. He said check in was only until 8. And they CHARGED ME!!!!!!! I am not happy with these people

On 10/6/2025 I was supposed to check in to the tiny home. It was in close proximity to the Grand Canyon and looked like a nice place to stay for the night. Driving on the dirt road in the middle of no where to the property was rough. The surrounding area looked pretty abounded with trailers all over. Then to get to the tiny home and there is a broken window. There were also people wondering around that didn’t look like they were guest. I didn’t even bother going inside, I did not feel safe. Ended up going another 40 minutes and booking at a chain hotel.
I normally try to give properties like this a try because it takes creativity and ingenuity to come up with something like this.
It’s also a shame that in order to change a reservation you have to create a whole new booking and pay for it. I lost a lot of money on this booking just to not feel safe and decide the money wasn’t worth trying to stay the night.
Nice little area wish cabins were more sound proof had a family as neighbors and the kids were being so loud it was not fun. Overall cabin was nice and comfy.
The house was cute and just as described. Staff and property management were amazing. Requested additional towels and blankets at 10:30 pm and they were delivered at 10:40. Our only complaint was the hot water was very limited and no water pressure to speak of. Also sofa bed was broken and tilted badly making it difficult to sleep on. No salt pepper or oil so come prepared.
Great location. 1 outlet didn't work. Nowhere to put your shampoo/soap in the bath. Had to leave it on the top of the toilet. Pretty weird.
Communication was ok.
Define if it ok to have propane grill when not booked in a kitchenette. Wasted a lot of food.
The house was cozy, clean and as advertised, with a convenient location close to the Grand Canyon. A couple of things to note: the 1.2 miles unpaved road to the property isn’t mentioned in the listing, the shower had very limited hot water, and clearer house numbers would be helpful for finding the unit in the dark.
When Arrival, bathroom was dirty. The Cabin was hot, only one AC unit for two story house. It was impossible to feel air at the Attic. Only one tv to share, with not visibility until sunset gets down. (Sun entering through the glass windows)
The shower did not work, there was no hot water and zero water pressure whatsoever, when I messaged the management they told me that everything was fine that I just needed to wait for the heater to reheat the water in it which was obviously not the issue because there was no water pressure and I had not used any hot water whatsoever, very poor management and troubleshooting also because they did not have a solution. They decided to not reply to me anymore, even though I tried to call and text several times, they decided to call me over an hour after my checkout time, the only reason I stayed here was to be able to take a comfy shower in the morning, and I was not able to do that, besides that the property was OK, easy to find and close to the Grand Canyon
The cabin felt like 75% finished. I tried reaching out to the owner to no comment. Theres nothing on the listing about being a shared space, our wall neighbors were up at all hours which made our kids be up at all hours. We never had enough towels and there’s no mattress protectors on the beds, and no sheets for the upstairs beds. Felt just not quite ready to be open.
