"Was the worst night sleeping in a hotel since I don’t know when. O our room was located right next to the stairs and we heard everybody going up and down all night long. We were the closest room to the front desk. We heard people checking in who knows when and we got up about 630 and we could not wait to leave that place. "

"The Inn was very clean, which made the stay a bit more enjoyable. However, the designated & fenced pet relief area had no grass at all - completely dirt and rock. And, their advertised "heated pool" actually was not in service at all (it was drained for the winter). While it was March, we called ahead of time to ask about the pool b/c the day was really hot (90s), and the staff told us it was going to be open until 10pm. When we got there, the staff was a bit rude and demeaning towards us when we asked about the pool and said it wasn't open at all. The pool was the only reason we chose this spot, so it really put a damper on our stay."

"No hot water. Room lighting was terrible. Mismatched towels. Hallway smelled like food. Trains come by all night."

"We had a single King-bed/ non-smokers room that was neat & clean; shower was hot; breakfast was adequate but nothing to go out of your way for! Well worth the sleep on the long-haul from Dallas, Tx., to Pagosa Springs, CO.!"

"Nice rooms, good location on the Plaza. Good selection of restaurants within walking distance. Hotel is about 1 mile from the train station. There is a walking tour for historic structures around the plaza which you can find online."
