「房间在电梯口很吵，本来就大半夜的入住。原本11点退房的9点就来敲门了」

「First thing we noticed was a stale musty smell in the room. We had to open the windows and door to air it out. Freezer compartment in the refrigerator was heavy with frost, limiting the space available. Curved shower curtain rod was pulled loose on both ends. It sagged so bad in the middle that the shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed, causing water to go onto the floor at both ends of the tub. 「服务很好设施一塌糊涂，卫生状况令人恐怖，空调好像要爆炸了…如果你能看的懂中文，那还是别住这家旅馆了！！」

「Good and convenient 」

「Very down-to-earth staff always a clean room always helpful handy having Dell’s restaurant right next-door」

「Confusion overpayment had to get a refund and pay that property」

The shower hasn’t been scrubbed in a while, there was a dead cockroach next to the toilet that clearly has been there for a long time and the bottom of the toilet was full of urine and dust. It felt like someone wiped the room down with a paper towel and some window cleaner, made the bed and moved on. There was no staff on site. Check-in was done on a kiosk with a screen...
