"When we checked in, he asked if we needed anything special. We requested to be on maybe level two or above. He then looked at our reservation and said since we went through a Third Party, he wasn’t able to accommodate us since they were full. Had we gone through them it might have been easier. He gave us a room on the first floor. When we got to our room, it was not very clean. The window was broken. The remote wasn’t even working. We had to go to the front desk to get batteries in order for it to even work. The area in general is just a little sketchy. If you’re traveling through and you just need a quick stop and everything else isn’t necessarily important to you, then this might be the place for you. If you’re looking for a little bit higher level of accommodations, then you might want to try something else."

"Breakfast was great, staff great and pet friendly, The room was clean, but the bed was worn out and left us with back pain."

"There is a reason that this hotel was $90 and the three across the street were $170 plus. Room was clean but the whole facility is old. We do not partak of the breakfast so can’t comment on that."

"It was the cheapest place around. Not bad for a night's stay. The staff was friendly. The rooms were small and private. The Internet barely worked. The television was filled with snow and grainy pictures and would constantly disrupt the like it would lose signal. So you couldn't watch a full five minutes before losing signal."

"The Best Western was a solid okay. Insides was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good. I didn't realize it's a motel with doors on the outside. It is right next to the freeway which is convenient, but could be very noisy if on the road side. Our room was on the opposite side and was quiet. The outside is a little sketchy feeling at night."
