「Air was great, comfy beds and pillows」

「This historic Fred Harvey property was clean and attractive. It was renovated and reopened in 2019. Staff was welcoming, friendly, and anticipated and fulfilled our every need. We’ve stayed here several times in the past and will stay here again, highly recommend. 」

「The hotel is currently under major construction! Flooring was being installed in the lobby during our stay and the property felt like a job site. Guests should be notified of renovations before booking. The bathrooms downstairs near lobby were out of order. The breakfast drinks were hot. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough as it felt like we were dancing around a job site. 」

「All the staff were friendly and helpful. Always greeted me as I went in and out. The hotel was well-maintained and in good condition. The bed was soft, and I didn't sleep as well as I'd like. Everything else worked fine. I will be back to this hotel when In Las Vegas. 」

「The hot tub didn’t work but my kids still enjoyed it. The beds were comfortable but the room itself could’ve used a deep clean and some renovations. The guy who checked us in seemed annoyed to do so but maybe was just having a bad day. Breakfast was good.」
