「I requested the staff to clean the room before we left for the day. When we returned , dirty towels were still on the floor, trash had not been emptied. No cleaning had been done. I had to ask for additional wash clothes.」
「Room was dusty, shower was not clean and the ceiling has water damage stains.
When we tried to check out we waited for a long time by the front desk and nobody showed up to help us, we had to just leave the key cards on the desk. For their price you should definitely get better service and a decent clean room, not to mention basic free parking... Now I know Manhappyness has way better hotel options for a better price.」
