"It was a good hotel with valet parking services and close to downtown venues. The room was nice, beds comfy and nice bathroom. One elevator was not working so a bit of a wait time getting up and down."

"This is an amazing location, right in the heart of Cleveland's entertainment district. Walking distance from Rocket arena and the Guardians stadium. Tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars all around. Plus this is a historic venue. If you really want to experience the hotel, make sure you get an "arcade view" room, not a "city view" room."
