"The Haytt Regency was really nice. It was really cool that that it is inside the Arcade, which is also beautiful. The room was great, clean, and the bed was super comfortable. It's also in the perfect location. So many restaurants in the building and just right outside the building, and walking distance into downtown. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay and would stay there again."

"Easy parking next door. They also have valet parking. Hotel looked great, the room looked great. Room was clean. Dining room was large beautiful, and the breakfast was good, with healthy options. I would definitely return for next Cleveland visit."

"Overall, a good experience. We were downgraded because the room we booked was not available to us. Then when we went to our room, they were not done cleaning it. This was an hour after we were able to check in at 5pm."
