"Although renovation works were advised to start via email at booking at 7am, my child and I were woken at 6:15 to hammering and workman outside of our room. Upon calling reception work was holted about 10 minutes later, it was an unexpected early wake up while travelling for medical appointments. Have stayed previously and will stay again once renovation works are completed."

"Fantastic experience start to finish. Was only an overnight stay, but checkin was great, request was noted and they went above and beyond. Upgraded room,had it ready early as they knew my arrival time. Room and amenities were fantastic,pool/gym amazing., so handy having bars,food and casino etc all within the complex. Staff were so helpful and polite the whole time. Thanks ☺️"
