「The staff at the Kings Head is outstanding! The hotel is in a great location. We had a wonderful room that has a very spacious bathroom (it was the Richmond room). The mattress and pillows could do with a replacement. Breakfast in the morning is delicious and you don’t need to leave to hotel for great fish and chips. North Stainley Village Beside the main road, the village pinfold appears to have been incorporated into the churchyard behind the near wall, the adjacent low building has an 1842 date stone and may have been the original school before the larger building was erected in 1871. The far building was formerly a Methodist Chapel.
