"We stayed a night to be in close proximity to the airport for an early morning flight. The kids had fun exploring a bit of Orlando, enjoying dinner at Fridays"

"Nice property but the bath towels were postage stamp sized and practically threadbare. Like they’ve been in place since 1970. Def need some updating in that regard. Otherwise the property was fine!!"

"Was there less than 12 hours, shuttle pick up from airport took a long time and phone call to say we were waiting was a little over the top. We were at curb location A21 when we called, to say we were waiting on shuttle but had to call back when we were at location A4....which took all of 1 min to walk to. When calling back was on hold for 3 minutes to tell them we were at A4...just stupid."

"Property was just OK but a good choice for being near the airport. My issue is with Expedia. I booked and pre-paid for the hotel for three nights as we were stuck in Orlando due to the snowstorm in NJ. Turns out we got an earlier flight home and did not have to stay the third night. I called Expedia and, after checking, they said "there was nothing they could do about it." Why? We only stayed two nights. Really poor policy and customer service. "
