"The staff was wonderful from the minute we checked in, the housekeeping staff was outstanding flexible and went out the way to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. I’m sorry I can’t remember names, but the young lady who took care of us on the second floor. We were in room 214. She was amazing very courtesy professional. The young lady in the dining area was also amazing professional courtesy they made us really feel welcome. Welcome to the entire staff. We are thank you my wife and I would recommend and stay there on our next trip to Orlando. Thank you very much everybody."

"Excellent hotel for an overnight, very early morning departure to the airport. It was a pleasure to be assisted throughout by John the valet and Isabelle on reception. The service was fab, the warm cookies and water just what we have come to expect from doubletree . "

"The check-in and check-out front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. However I was annoyed that I had to pay a fee to park my car at the hotel when we were not using the shuttle and were driving out upon checkout."
