「The place is definitely run down, but seemed clean enough. The air conditioning in the room was super loud-lots of rattling. The tv remote didn’t work (neither did the room phone), but the girl from the front desk came to replace the remote. The room didn’t have any towels. When I went down to ask for one, I was told they didn’t have any clean. I had to specifically ask for a washcloth or paper towels to be able to dry my hands. It was fine for a one night stay.」

「We had a great stay here. It is a breathtaking property! I live in New Orleans and have never seen this much Spanish Moss in my life. The finishes in the cabins are gorgeous and the little backyard with a hot tub and string lights was awesome. The resident outdoor kitties were the highlight, though!」

「The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I had a microwave that didn’t work and when I reported it to the front desk they said someone was coming to fix it. That never happened. The staff was a hit or miss just depending on whom was there. The breakfast wasn’t great for me. The only thing hot there was the waffles. And since I don’t eat waffles, it wasn’t a hit for me. The parking was great though. So in the overall, I will have to give this three stars.」
