「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. 「We stayed in this hotel for three days, we are all very satisfied, the room was large and spacious, I love the full size kitchen .and the hotel was clean and quiet. We all get a good night's sleep. The hotel is surrounded by outlet malls and supermarkets . Universal Studios, Disney and the airport are all within a 20-minute drive. It's very convenient. 「This house was perfect! Very spacious, clean, and felt like a very safe neighborhood for a few women traveling. The ONLY improvements I would suggest would be having more towels, and extra blankets available for guests. And I would replace the pull out couch mattress as it was very uncomfortable. Still a 10/10 overall!」

「We had a very pleasant stay here. It has everything and makes us very easy and comfortable! Luckily it was 2nd floor only, we had 4 big luggages to carry up. I saw someone carrying to the 4th floor with 38" case. -.- And the place is a bit dusty in the corners. Hope can improve next time. There's a supermarket Publix in the resort, has almost everything. So very easy to buy stuff to cook.」
