Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk person made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and would definitely stay here again. 「We only stayed two out of the three nights we booked. We had to move to another room within the first 20mins bc the AC did not work. The AC stopped working in the second room and we decided not to move all of our stuff again and left the hotel an day early. The pool was not clean and my kids could not swim.
