「We were VERY disappointed in our stay. We booked this hotel because it had an outdoor pool and we looked forward to enjoying it in the 90+ degree heat. Unfortunately the pool was algae green either no evidence of a pump to even circulate the water let alone proper chemicals. We tried to make the best of it and enjoy the sunshine but when we sat on the lounge chair it crumpled to the ground. It was only after this that we noticed all of the Lou gets were broken.」

「My stay was disappointing. The front entrance floor mats were extremely dirty, creating a poor first impression. I was assigned a room that had not been cleaned and had a strong, unpleasant odor. The front desk was often unattended, and when I rang the bell for assistance, the staff member was rude and unwelcoming. The complimentary parking was a positive feature. However, breakfast was disappointing because the hot water was only lukewarm. In addition, the shower in my room never produced...

「The at nightstaff is rude because the front doors lock after a certain period of time. And when you knock on the window to ask to get in, they always answer with an attitude like you're bothering them. Trying to get into the property at night.」
