Best Staff!!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves were a bit dated but spacious, clean and comfortable. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay.

The pictures made the room look bigger than what it was. We got the king size suite with the sofa bed. I wish it wasnt such a tight squeeze. But the staff and food quality made up for it honestly. They were so nice and the breakfast was delicious! Thank yall for such a wonderful experience!

Beware long hallway

The first suite was horrible the snick leak the tub dripped there was someone else’s toothbrush and toothpaste on the tub. The bathroom just had not been cleaned completely. There was a horrible smell throughout the hotel the elevator was old and noisy, made a crick and sound like he was just going to stop. I have never been at a Hilton that was so BAD.

Not up to Hilton standards

Was told at check-in the room would be cleaned every other day. There 4 days with no service. I was told to put towels outside the door. I did and the towels were taken but never replaced. The furniture was uncomfortable and the mattress was lumpy. Won't stay at this location again

Excellent Stay

Front desk staff was amazing. Alaina was super helpful as well as the rest of the staff. The elevators were down and the maintenance guy jumped right in to help us move our luggage

Very nice place even though under construction. The room was cute, and beds comfy. The breakfast was outstanding, especially the potatoes. Ty was very friendly and helpful in the breakfast area. If we are ever this way again, we will be sure to stay!
