「Staff was friendly but appeared disorganized upon check in. Cleanliness of the Wyndham property was disappointing. Mould in the bathroom. Room floor was disgustingly dirty. 「Expedia needs to take this hotel off of their listing. We never got checked into this hotel. Even though I called the hotel for 3 hours prior to us arriving and they said it would not be a problem we got there and they said they did not have a room for us. Why did they not tell me that when I called. I got all kind of excuses so we ended up staying in another hotel. This whole experience just really sucked」
