Property was very nice. The only negative was the ongoing remodeling, but you can't fault them for that. At least they are making updates, so that's a good thing for the future guests.

The staff was great but the property was under renovations and I was not aware. The gym was closed and hot breakfast was not offered. But the room was recently renovated and nice.

The staff were terrific

I had trouble finding the hotel and night desk clerk actually came out to the street to wave me in. The room could have used some updating - it just looked a bit worn. But it was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and rooms were equipped to allow for daily functioning, such as coffee pot, toaster, ice trays, etc.

This was a nice and quiet property. They greet you with a welcome bag of water and 2 snacks, which came in handy late at night. There's also complimentary breakfast which is a nice way to start the day. Some things I didn't like: The elevator was slow and the inspection paper is outdated. The hallways smell like mildew and I assume that's from the shampooing the carpet but not fully drying, and my microwave didn't work in my suite.

We chose this location to have a full refrigerator and freezer. When we checked in there was hair on our bed and dust on the desk. I called front desk and they sent a very sweet lady to fix it. The room had a broken air conditioner fixture and a breaker box in the room the spray painted in attempt to make it match the wall. Lots of dust I have allergies and had a hard time. Breakfast was decent and front desk workers were l prompt and friendly.

Room okay, breakfast needs work

The rooms are spacious. The room and bathroom were clean. We had to go to front desk to ask for a blanket for the sofa bed and the blanket had a blood stain on it and ants crawling on it. The breakfast could definitely be better. We went down for breakfast on Saturday at 8:30 and their was no hot food and all the muffins were gone. They did restock with frozen breakfast sandwiches and ice cold scones. One side of the juice machine was out of order and the working side was dispensing water. Ended up having to leave the hotel and buy breakfast for my kids, which was very inconvenient.

The hotel was under renovation so I was placed on the 3rd floor where the renovations were supposedly complete. The door of the dishwasher was heavily dented, some finishes were missing, and the bathtub was chipped and obviously re-used. On the first night the GFI circuit in half my room popped off but, fortunately, the breaker box was in my room so I could reset it. In the kitchen area the coffeemaker and microwave took up the only available outlet so I had to plug-in the toaster in the bathroom. In the communal breakfast room, the coffee bar is set up in front of the TV so guests have to stand and block the TV while preparing coffee. That didn’t seem well planned. The staff, however, are very friendly and professional
