「Y family and I enjoyed thr spacious room and amenities」

「This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.」

「My family and I have stayed here in the past and always enjoyed it. This time however was not a good experience and will likely be the last time we stay here. The first room we got was dirty and stunk. The second room was cleaner in comparison but the bathroom door did not close properly and the beds were like sleeping on plywood. Left very disappointed. When talking to them they just kept saying because I booked through 3rd party booking they couldn’t do anything, even just to provide a receipt...

「I would not recommend if your’e very particular persons, the place is okay, the hallway’s carpet not good at all, cleanliness the building need to be priorities. Work out the appearance of the building inside and out.」

「I would say 9/10 on everything excellent staff」

「Property was fine but I'm Canadian, the motel is Canadian and Expedia appears to have charged me I american so I saved nothing. Last time I'll use them.」

「We will definitely stay here again. We booked a Riverview room for 3 nights. There was something wrong with the temperature control in the room. The staff was so incredibly helpful. They offered fans but once they realized how uncomfortable the room was they gave us a new room. They even gave us an upgrade! The suite they moved us to was beautiful and cool! The complimentary shuttle service was perfect. The drivers were friendly. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Good size portions...

「Close to everything. Beds were comfortable and clean」
