「This is truly a boutique hotel experience. The service was top notch from everyone. Loved Tommy, Juan, JJ, and Christopher that took us anywhere we wanted to go on our girls trip. John the bartender was very friendly and always offered us extras. Ramone took care of us on the beach and even brought us our lunch. I would highly recommend this place and we will be returning. 」

「I love the Brazilian Court. It's in a neighbood and very walkable to Worth Avenue, shopping and restaurants. It has a stylish and chill vibe. The staff are so nice, accommodating, and on the ball! I'll never stay anywhere else in Palm Beach. 」

「Front desk staff was not friendly, I called to find out when the pool slide was going to reopened, since we got to the hotel on Sunday it was closed, and the lady that answered my call gave us the impression that we were bothering her with our question. "I had no Idea the slide was not working," in an annoyed way, "I will find out" and the next thing I know she hang up the phone on me. No costumer service at all. 」
