From the moment you walk off the Station concourse, through the beautiful revolving door, you're made to feel welcome.
Check in staff will always accommodate early arrivals, if available, but they do have secure luggage storage.
The convenience to the city and the amenities are self evident, but the staff are the jewel in the Royal crown. Beyond exception they are friendly and efficient.
Special mention for Michael, who is a fixture, serving at breakfast (incredible quality, buffet style) and later at the bar, always convivial.
