"Everything else was excellent, but we were initially given a room where the air conditioning wasn't working during the heatwave. They obviously knew that when I reported the issue. I was told the hotel was fully booked and that we couldn't change rooms. Instead, they sent two fans to our room. As the windows couldn't be opened, the room was unbearably hot, and there was no way we could stay there.
I went back downstairs and explained that if they couldn't move us to another room, we would have to leave. Thankfully, they used their magic wond and found us another room.
The hotel is central . Next to the train station. The pool was very nice.
